Delete your Onzo account

In the app (fastest)

Open Onzo and tap Me.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Email onzo@surppass.com from the email address you sign in with (your Google or Apple account), with the subject "Delete my Onzo account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

If you sign in only with your phone number, delete your account in the app (Me → Delete account), or email us from any address with that number and we'll confirm it's yours before deleting.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, photo, email, phone number and sign-in details.
Your interests, settings, notifications and device tokens, your blocks and your place in groups.
Activities you host stop repeating; you're taken off ones you joined.

What is kept

Messages you sent in group chats stay for the others in them, shown as "Deleted user" without your name, until the chat is deleted (90 days after the activity).
Reports about safety may be kept as long as needed to protect others.
Backups are deleted within 30 days.
