Child safety standards
Last updated 16 October 2026 · App: Onzo · Developer: Individual Developer
Onzo is for adults: you must be 18 or over to use it. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on Onzo or arising from meetings made through it.
What is never allowed
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers children, including images, video, text, links or requests.
- Grooming: contacting, befriending or arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sharing, asking for or pointing to child sexual abuse material.
- Using Onzo while under 18, or creating activities aimed at minors.
How to report
- In the app: on any person, activity or chat, tap … → Report and choose "Involves a child or someone under 18".
- By email to our child safety contact: onzo@surppass.com.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call the police first (999 in Singapore and Malaysia).
What we do
- We review child safety reports first, as soon as we see them, usually within 24 hours.
- We remove the content, permanently close the accounts involved and keep them from coming back.
- We preserve the evidence and report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the authorities as the law requires: the Singapore Police Force or the Royal Malaysia Police, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
- We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
- Offensive words are filtered automatically, and every chat and activity can be reported.
