Terms of use
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and SURPPASS PTE. LTD., who runs Onzo. By using Onzo you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Who can use Onzo
You must be 18 or over, give your real name, and keep one account that's yours alone.
Community rules: zero tolerance
In plain words: community guidelines.
Onzo works because people can trust each other. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post, send or do any of this, in chats, profiles, activities or in person:
- Harassment, threats or bullying.
- Racism, hate or discrimination, or attacks on anyone's race, religion, nationality, gender or sexuality.
- Porn, nudity or sexual content, unwanted advances, or anything involving minors.
- Political campaigning or religious preaching: Onzo is for doing things together, not for winning people over.
- Violence, or anything illegal or dangerous.
- Scams, spam, selling or advertising, or asking for money.
- Pretending to be someone else, or sharing others' private information.
We filter offensive words, check photos and what people write automatically, review every report, remove content and activities that break these rules and suspend or close the accounts involved, usually within 24 hours. Accounts whose content is removed repeatedly are suspended automatically. Report anything that worries you from the activity, chat or person (… → Report), and block anyone you don't want to hear from.
Meeting people
Onzo helps you find people; it does not check who they are or supervise activities. Meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, and leave if anything feels wrong. In an emergency, call the local emergency number. Any costs of an activity are between the people going: Onzo doesn't handle payments.
Your content
You own what you post. You let us show it to other Onzo users and use it to run Onzo. Don't post what you don't have the right to share.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Liability
Onzo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for what users say or do, on Onzo or when they meet, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
