For hosts and organizations
Anyone can host on Onzo for free. If you run regular sessions, a club, a studio, a shop or a cause, a plan gives you a community of your own: a page, members, members-only activities, announcements and a team.
Three levels
- Free host: host activities, take requests, check people in, run surveys. People see your Host Profile with your past activities and reviews.
- Individual Host (Plus or Pro): for coaches, clubs and regular hosts. Your own page and look, Members, members-only activities, a feed for announcements, and a team to help run things.
- Organization (Business): for shops, studios, venues and clubs. An organization page with admins and staff, and opportunities you post: volunteers, hosts wanted, space and perks. Nonprofits and public bodies that Onzo has checked can have it free (Community).

Following, joining and taking part are always free for everyone. If a plan ends, nothing is deleted: your members, posts and team stay.
Join the pilot
Communities is opening to a small group of invited hosts and organizations in Singapore first. To take part, email onzo@surppass.com or use Me → Send feedback in the app and tell us what you run. Once you’re invited, apply in the app (Me → Hosting levels) and Onzo approves it, usually within 3 working days. Plans are free during the pilot; you’ll be told well before anything is charged.
