Common questions

How do I sign in? With Apple, Google or your phone number (a code by SMS). Onzo is for people 18 and over.

How do I join an activity? Open it from Discover and tap Join (or Request to join when the host approves who comes). The exact meeting spot and the group chat open once you're in.

How do I host? Tap ＋, pick what, when and where, and publish. Share it with a link or QR code.

Someone is behaving badly. On the person, activity or chat tap … → Report, and block them if you like. We review every report, usually within 24 hours. In an emergency call 999.

I'm not getting notifications. Check Me → Privacy & notifications, and that notifications for Onzo are allowed in your phone's settings.

How do I delete my account? Me → Delete account, or see deleting your account.
