After an activity

When an activity ends, Onzo asks how it went. It takes about 20 seconds and helps you meet the right people next time.

Wrap up

  1. Go to Plans → Past and tap Wrap up.
  2. How did it go? Choose Good, Okay or Problem.
  3. For each person, mark Came or No-show, and pick who you’d do this with again.
  4. If the host asked questions, answer them (some may be optional).
  5. Tap Done.

If you hosted, your wrap-up is marking who came: Wrap up opens People on the came list. Once everyone going is marked (or 72 hours after the end, when marking closes), it shows as wrapped up; it stays in Past, where you can open it, see the feedback or Do it again. It never waits for the others to give feedback. See Manage your activity.

Your picks are private: nobody is told who you picked. People you’d like to see again are suggested to you later, so you can invite each other.

The host’s questions

Hosts can send a few questions during or after their activity, for example “How was it overall?” (1 to 5) or “Would you join again?”. You get them as a notification. Most surveys are anonymous: the host sees the answers but not who gave them (in a small group they may guess). If a survey is named, it says so before you answer: the host will see your name with your answers. Onzo can see who answered, for safety. Questions stay open for a number of days; the host decides how many.

Stay connected

After an activity, Onzo may suggest the people you met there. Tap Connect to ask them; once they accept, you can invite each other to future plans. See Connections.

Your record

Your show-up record (how often you came, as marked by hosts) is in Me → See your activity. Only you see it.
