Co-hosts

Co-hosts help you run an activity: approving requests, checking people in, editing details and sending updates.

Add a co-host

Open the activity, tap Manage, then Hosts. (You can also add co-hosts under More options when you create it.)
Tap Add a co-host and choose from the people you’ve met. How many depends on the plan: up to 2 as a Free host, 3 on Plus, 5 on Pro and 10 for organizations — for the whole activity, and on each session.
They get an invite and become co-hosts when they accept. Until then they show as Asked · not answered yet; tap Take back to withdraw it.

What co-hosts can do

Approve and decline requests.
Check people in and mark who came.
Edit the details and send updates to everyone, or to the hosts only.

Co-hosts don’t take a place: they’re in the group chat and see the activity in Plans without one.

Only the host can cancel, change how many people can come and how they join, add or remove sessions, or choose co-hosts.

Co-hosts for some sessions

On an activity with several sessions, the host chooses what each co-host runs: All of it, or some sessions. Tap a co-host on Hosts to change theirs (they don’t need to accept again).

One continuous activity (the same people throughout): every co-host helps run all of it; their sessions only show who’s on when.
Separate sessions (people choose with packages): a co-host of some sessions runs just those. They see their sessions’ people and requests, check people in there, pin messages and send updates in their sessions’ chats, send their sessions’ surveys, and can change their sessions’ descriptions. A request is theirs to answer when the package has one of their sessions; they can take someone off only when every session of that person’s package is theirs.

Stop co-hosting

A co-host can tap Step down on the Hosts screen. The host can remove a co-host there too. Either way, everyone keeps their place in the activity.
