Surveys

Ask the people going to your activity a few questions, before it, during it or after it, and see the answers: anonymous, or with names if you say so when you create it.

The after-activity survey

Every activity has one by default, and it’s always anonymous. You send it whenever you like: tap Send and everyone going (not those marked as not there) is asked:

  1. How was it overall? (a rating from 1 to 5)
  2. Would you join again? (Yes, Maybe or No)
  3. What could be better? (optional)

Tap it on the Surveys list to change its questions or how long it stays open (the default is 7 days). Sending it again reminds only the people who haven’t answered.

Surveys of your own

Open the activity, tap Manage, then Surveys, then New survey.

  1. Give it a title, for example “How was the pace?”.
  2. Tap Add a question. Each can be a 1–5 rating, one choice, several choices, yes or no, a short answer or a long answer, and can be Required. A survey has up to 10 questions.
  3. Choose Anonymous answers (on: you see what people answer, not who) or turn it off for a named survey (you see who gave each answer). The people answering are told which before they answer, and it can’t change once the survey has been sent.
  4. Tap Save questions.

How many surveys of your own an activity can have depends on your plan; the list says when you’ve reached it. Tap a survey to change it, or delete it from there.

Send a survey

Tap Send next to a survey, before or after the date, whenever suits you. It goes, as a notification, to everyone going to this date, except people marked as not there, and they answer from there.

On an activity with sessions, choose Whole activity or a session at the top of Surveys first: the survey then goes to the people going whose package has that session (not those marked as not there), and its answers are kept for that session.

See the answers

Tap View:

In an anonymous survey you see what was said, not who said it (in a small group you may guess). Onzo can see who answered, for safety.

Your rating

The average of “How was it overall?” appears next to your name on your activities, for example “★ 4.8 from 12 ratings”, and in Me → See your activity.
