Sign-in, your data and your account

How to add ways to sign in, get a copy of your data, log out, or delete your account.

Ways to sign in

Your account can have more than one way to sign in, for example both Google and Apple. Open Me → Privacy & notifications and, under Account, tap Link next to the one to add. Either one then opens the same account.

If the other sign-in already has its own Onzo account, Onzo offers to Merge it into this one: its plans, people, messages and photos move here and the other account closes. This can’t be undone.

Why add another way? You can sign in on a new phone without waiting for an SMS, keep your activities, people and chats when you change your number, and get in with Google or Apple when SMS can’t reach you. Every way opens this same account.

Some accounts can’t be merged yet (for example one on a waiting list, co-hosting, or with a warning): Onzo says so, nothing changes, and you can write to us.

Signed in and Onzo asks What should people call you? though you already have an account? Tap Already have an Onzo account?: this new, empty account is removed and you’re back at sign-in. Sign in the way you used before, then link this way too.

Keep at least one way to sign in.

Download your data

Me → Privacy & notifications → Download my data prepares a file with a copy of what Onzo holds about you.

Log out

Me → Log out. Your plans and connections stay on your account. Sign in again the same way to get back to them.

Delete your account

  1. Open Me and tap Delete account.
  2. Read what happens, then tap Delete my account.

When you delete your account:

This can’t be undone. Signing in again later starts a new, empty account. You can also ask us to delete it by email.
