Host levels and plans
Anyone can host for free. A plan gives you a page of your own, Members and a team, or makes your organization’s page. Here’s what each level includes.
The three levels
- Free host: everyone starts here. When you host, people see your Host Profile: your past activities, reviews and Followers. Someone who hosts as a Free host is sometimes called a casual host; it’s the same account and the same plan.
- Individual Host (Plus or Pro): for hosts who run classes, clubs or regular sessions. You get a Host Community: your own page, Members, members-only activities, a feed and a team.
- Organization (Business, or Community for nonprofits and public bodies): for shops, studios, clubs, nonprofits and public bodies. You get an Organization Community with admins, and you can post opportunities.
What each plan includes
- Free host: up to 20 activities with a date ahead at once and 30 new ones in 30 days; co-hosts; Followers; your Host Profile, found by search once you’ve hosted; apply to volunteer calls.
- Plus: everything in Free host, and your own page with a layout and cover; up to 300 Members; members-only activities and a feed; 4 announcements in 30 days; a team of up to 3 people, you included; apply to host, offer space or for grants.
- Pro: everything in Plus, with up to 2000 Members, 12 announcements in 30 days, a team of up to 10 and more activities and sessions.
- Business: an Organization Community with Members (no limit), 40 announcements in 30 days, a team of up to 30 with admins, and opportunities you post: volunteer calls, host wanted, space and perks.
- Community: what Business has, free for nonprofits and public bodies that Onzo has checked, with a team of up to 100. They can also offer grants.
Who can do what
- Volunteer calls: anyone can apply.
- Host wanted, space and grants: Individual Hosts and organizations can apply; as a Free host you can read them.
- Posting opportunities: organizations only.
- Admins: organizations only. An Individual Host’s team is staff.
- See Communities for following, joining and the page itself.
Getting a plan
- In Me, open Hosting levels.
- Tap Apply as an Individual Host, or Register an organization with its registered name and number. When Onzo offers a free trial, Try Individual Host free starts one at once (once per person); when it ends you’re back on Free host unless you’ve applied.
During the pilot, plans are free: Onzo gives them to the hosts and organizations it invites. You’ll be told well before anything is charged, and nothing is charged automatically.
- Onzo checks it, usually within 3 working days, and may ask for one more thing in Plans → To do. When it’s approved, Me shows your new level straight away.
When a plan ends
- Nothing is deleted: your Members, posts, look and team stay.
- Your page shows as a Host Profile until the plan is back, and nobody new joins.
- Members-only activities already planned go ahead; new ones and announcements need the plan again.
